In order to provide online registration we have developed a PDF that you can email to MMR securely with registration and payment information. If you do not wish to register online, you may simply complete this form, print it, sign it, and mail. Please print this page and follow the steps below to complete the online registration process.
1. Open the online registration form.
2. Save the form by clicking the “Save” icon or by going to File/Save As, and selecting your desktop (or another location) in the Save in bar to save the form to.
3. Open the document from the new location.
4. Complete the form filling in all appropriate information. (see last page of registration for details on how to complete the form)
Please submit one form for each Rancher.
6. Once the form is completed, select save and e-mail to mmrcamp@mmrm.org, you would then need to send this document as an attachment, or you may print the form and send via mail.
Once we receive your registration via e-mail or mail we will process the registration and you should receive a confirmation via e-mail (if provided) or via mail. If no confirmation is received please contact our office at mmrcamp@mmrm.org or (814) 664-7673 to confirm receipt of your registration.
