S.O.T.M. Update

This trip was an exhausting one with many trials and difficult horses, but God was faithful to bring many into His kingdom and to challenge many others to grow in their walk with the Lord. One of the things that has blessed me to see is the number of men that respond so completely to this ministry. Typically it is mostly women and children that respond to the message of Christ whereas men seem to have more difficulty admitting a need for a Savior. Sermon on the Mount, on the other hand, demonstrates so visually and in a way that speaks so clearly to men, how God desires to empower us and make us great when we humbly turn to Him for a relationship.

One particular spot that was a blessing was Topeka, IN. My husband and I stayed in an Amish believer’s home. It was definitely a new experience for us but such a blessing to interact with them and hear that their heart is for the Lord Jesus Christ as well. Each stop had precious people who love the Lord and hurting hearts that need the Lord. We were thankful for the opportunity to share the love of Christ and minister to their souls.

At the end of this month, we are looking forward to the Sermon on the Mount National Conference. It will be a great time of fellowship between those with a passion for the Lord and a passion for using horses to impact their communities and the world. We would love to see you all there!

After the National Conference, we will be heading to North Carolina and Missouri before arriving in Texas where our home base will be for the next year. As we travel, we hope to meet as many of you as possible and enjoy the fellowship of those whose hearts seek after the Lord of the universe and the Lord of our hearts.
