Distributors can return all orders for full refund minus 15% for restocking fee and original shipping fee provided the products are still packaged. We wave the restocking fee for fist time distributor orders.

We guarantee all products mechanically for the first 60 days of use; if the customer has complaints or difficulties they should contact us directly. We will deal with these situations on an individual basis.
